We want you to look good, and we know you want to look good too. We also know that buying gear from the web is tricky. If for whatever reason you are not stoked with the size please contact us. Please refer to size guide carefully for correct fit.

The following procedure applies for exchange items:

Please email the postal tracking number to support_us@cuore.ch

2. Re-order the correct size

3. We will send out the new items

4. When we receive the return items we will issue a refund for them. Please note postal charges will not be refunded.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of regular kit, we will offer you a refund or exchange. Please send the items back to us at

Once we received the returned goods we will issue you a refund for the items. Please note all return shipping will be incurred at your own expense and no shipping charges will be refunded.

Please contact at support_us@cuore.ch to notify us of a return and inform us of the tracking number for the postal item.

All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
